Welcome to TamilHost. By purchasing or using any TamilHost service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
1. Services
TamilHost provides various hosting and infrastructure services, including:
- Web Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- VPS Servers
- Dedicated Servers
- Domain Registration & Renewal
- Related hosting and website services
2. Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping their login credentials secure.
Customers must not share their account credentials with unauthorized persons.
You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.
3. Acceptable Use
TamilHost services must be used only for lawful purposes.
Customers must not use our services for:
- ❌ Phishing or fraudulent websites
- ❌ Malware, viruses, or malicious scripts
- ❌ Spam or bulk unsolicited email
- ❌ Illegal activities or content
- ❌ Copyright-infringing content
- ❌ Hacking, unauthorized access, or attacks
- ❌ DDoS attacks or network abuse
- ❌ Hosting content intended to harm systems or users
TamilHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services involved in abuse or serious policy violations.
4. Resource Usage
Customers must use hosting resources reasonably.
Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, bandwidth, email sending, or other resource usage may affect server performance.
TamilHost may contact the customer or take appropriate action if a service negatively affects server stability or other customers.
5. Reseller Hosting
Reseller Hosting customers are responsible for the websites and accounts they create for their own customers.
The reseller must ensure that their customers also follow applicable TamilHost policies.
TamilHost is not responsible for disputes between resellers and their customers.
6. Domain Services
Domain registration and renewal are subject to the rules and policies of the applicable domain registry and registrar.
Customers are responsible for providing correct domain registration information and renewing domains before their expiry date.
Domain-related fees are subject to our Refund Policy.
7. VPS & Dedicated Servers
Customers are responsible for the software, applications, configurations, and content installed on their VPS or Dedicated Server unless otherwise specified in the service description.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their data.
VPS and Dedicated Server services are subject to the applicable service and refund terms.
8. Payment
All services must be paid for according to the selected billing cycle.
Failure to receive payment by the due date may result in service suspension.
TamilHost may suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices.
9. Suspension & Termination
TamilHost may suspend or terminate a service if:
- Payment is overdue.
- The customer violates these Terms.
- The service is involved in abuse or illegal activity.
- The customer's activity creates a security or operational risk.
- False or fraudulent information is provided.
Where appropriate, TamilHost may provide notice before suspension or termination.
10. Backups & Data
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own important backups.
While TamilHost may provide backup facilities for certain services, backups are not guaranteed unless specifically included in the purchased service.
TamilHost shall not be responsible for data loss caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the TamilHost Refund Policy.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
12. Service Availability
TamilHost aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free service.
Maintenance, network issues, hardware failures, software issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.
13. Abuse Complaints
TamilHost may investigate complaints involving spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, security abuse, or other violations.
Customers may be contacted for clarification or corrective action where appropriate.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TamilHost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and securing their websites and applications.
15. Changes to Services
TamilHost may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue services or features when necessary.
Where appropriate, customers will be informed of significant changes.
16. Changes to These Terms
TamilHost reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
The updated version will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
Continued use of TamilHost services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
