Non-Refundable Items
The following services are not eligible for refunds:

Refund Eligibility Period
Customers must submit their refund request within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests submitted after 7 working days will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Conditions
- The refund request must be submitted by the customer/account owner.
- The service must be eligible for a refund under this policy.
- Domain registration and renewal charges are non-refundable.
- VPS and Dedicated Server charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be denied in cases of service abuse or violation of TamilHost Terms of Service.
- Refund approval is subject to verification by the TamilHost team.
